Lead Preschool Teacher

Design engaging, developmentally appropriate activities that make learning feel like play and guide children through language, literacy, early math, and science discoveries. Foster social-emotional development through positive relationship building while observing and assessing each child's unique developmental progress. Implement age-appropriate lesson plans that spark curiosity and creativity within a safe, nurturing environment where every child feels valued. Establish routines that help children feel secure and confident, create displays and learning centers that inspire exploration, and collaborate with families to support each child's individual growth. Ensure all health, safety, and licensing standards are exceeded. This role requires ECE/Lead Teacher credentials and local childcare regulatory compliance, with physical ability to actively engage with children (lifting up to 35 lbs.).
