Job Summary
The Lead Preschool Teacher will be responsible for fostering children's growth through developmentally appropriate games and activities, lesson planning, and maintaining a positive classroom environment. The ideal candidate should have experience in child development and strong communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience as a VPK teacher
- Strong understanding of child development
- Patient, kind, and nurturing
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
- DCF 45-Hour training with Competency Exams completed for part 1 and part 2 (must have)
Desired Qualifications
- CDA (preferred)
- First aid/CPR certified
