Job Summary
Lead Children’s House Guide to lead a mixed-age Montessori classroom for ages 3–6, observing and supporting children's physical, intellectual, and emotional development; prepare and maintain an orderly classroom; provide individualized and small-group lessons in practical life, literacy, math, and beyond; build strong relationships with children and families; collaborate with parents to support each child’s growth; demonstrate warmth, professionalism, and purpose in leadership; sponsored Montessori diploma training available; competitive salary plus health benefits, PTO, holidays, and tuition discount for children. Required Qualifications

- Experience working with children ages 3–6 in a group learning environment
- Alignment with child-led philosophies such as Montessori or Reggio Emilia
- ECE or Child Development credits
