Job Summary
Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum, planning engaging activities to promote cognitive, social, and emotional development. Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times while monitoring their progress and documenting development. Lead innovative learning activities that foster growth and create a harmonious environment where children and staff thrive. Assist in assessing student progress and interact with parents and other staff members to support a positive learning experience.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to interact with parents and other staff members
- The ability to be patient, collaborative, creative, and passionate about Early Childhood education
Desired Qualifications
- AA or BA in Early Childhood Education or related field
- 2+ years experience
