Job Summary
Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum while planning engaging activities to promote cognitive, social, and emotional development. Monitor children's progress, document student development, and ensure their safety and well-being at all times. Lead innovative learning activities that foster growth in a harmonious environment where children and staff thrive. This role requires a high school diploma, preferred bachelor's degree in early childhood education, and two years of experience. Competitive pay ranges from $16.00 to $20.00 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to interact with parents and other staff members
- The ability to be patient, collaborative, creative, and passionate about Early Childhood education
Desired Qualifications
- AA or BA in Early Childhood Education or related field
- 2+ years experience
