Job Summary
Lead innovative learning activities that promote children's development and growth while ensuring the safety and well-being of children at all times. Monitor children's progress and development through ongoing assessment and documentation. Create a harmonious environment where children and fellow teachers enjoy coming to each day. Assist in developing and implementing age-appropriate curriculum to foster cognitive, social, and emotional growth. This role offers competitive pay ranging from $16.00 to $20.00 per hour, including childcare tuition discounts and career development programs. Located at Parker Chase Preschool West Oak, you will join Endeavor Schools, a national education management company with over 100 schools across 14 states.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to interact with parents and other staff members
- The ability to be patient, collaborative, creative, and passionate about Early Childhood education
Desired Qualifications
- AA or BA in Early Childhood Education or related field
- 2+ years experience
