Job Summary
Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum, plan engaging activities to promote cognitive, social, and emotional development, and assess student progress. Lead innovative learning activities while ensuring the safety and well-being of children at all times. Monitor children's development and create a harmonious environment where students and fellow teachers enjoy coming to each day. This role offers competitive pay between $16.00 and $20.00 per hour, childcare tuition discounts, and career development programs within Endeavor Schools' network of over 100 locations.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to interact with parents and other staff members
- The ability to be patient, collaborative, creative, and passionate about Early Childhood education
Desired Qualifications
- AA or BA in Early Childhood Education or related field
- 2+ years experience
