Job Summary
Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum and plan engaging activities to promote cognitive, social, and emotional development. Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times while monitoring their progress and documenting development. Create a harmonious environment where children and fellow teachers enjoy coming to each day. Assist in leading innovative learning activities that foster children's growth. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to interact with parents and other staff members
- The ability to be patient, collaborative, creative, and passionate about Early Childhood education
Desired Qualifications
- AA or BA in Early Childhood Education or related field
- 2+ years experience
