Job Summary
Lead innovative learning activities that promote children's development and growth while ensuring their safety and well-being at all times. Monitor each student's progress and development, then document their individual achievements. Create a harmonious environment where children and fellow teachers enjoy coming to each day. Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum to foster cognitive, social, and emotional growth. This role offers competitive pay between $16.00 and $20.00 per hour, childcare tuition discounts, and career development programs. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to interact with parents and other staff members

Desired Qualifications
- AA or BA in Early Childhood Education or related field
- 2+ years experience
