Job Summary
Lead and support a classroom of preschool children ages 3–4 by planning and implementing developmentally appropriate, play-based learning experiences. Observe children to set individual goals, read stories, guide play, and extend their thinking while ensuring they feel safe and respected. Support Jewish values-based learning and partner with families through warm, professional communication. Maintain licensing, safety, supervision, and classroom expectations. Work Monday through Thursday from 8:15 AM to 3:45 PM, with Friday hours varying by season. Earn $20–$25/hour as a school-year position starting August 20, 2026.
Required Qualifications
- Complete Colorado state-mandated early childhood courses
- CPR/First Aid Certified
- Background check clearance
- Comfort working in a Jewish values-based school environment
Desired Qualifications
- Experience as a lead teacher or assistant teacher in a preschool setting
