Job Summary
Plan and implement daily academic and enrichment activities supporting early childhood development while leading classroom routines, transitions, and behavior management. Foster a safe, nurturing environment that encourages social-emotional growth and positive behavior. Supervise assistant teachers to ensure a productive classroom, prepare lesson plans and materials, and maintain organization and cleanliness. Communicate professionally with families regarding student progress and school expectations. Follow all school policies, safety procedures, and licensing requirements, including providing reliable transportation and passing a background check. Teach Monday through Friday from 8:30 to 12:30, with a minimum of two to three days per week.
Required Qualifications
- Teach at minimum 2-3 days per week
- Provide reliable transportation
- Pass a routine background check
- Follow all school policies, safety procedures, and licensing requirements
- Early childhood education degree
- Relevant teaching experience
