Job Summary
Lead a mixed-age preschool classroom in a Spanish Immersion Montessori environment designed to nurture concentration, independence, and deep learning. Observe each child to support physical, intellectual, and emotional development; prepare and maintain an orderly classroom; provide individualized and small-group lessons in practical life, literacy, and math; build strong, respectful relationships with children and families; communicate with parents to support growth; lead with warmth, professionalism, and purpose. Must be a native or fluent Spanish speaker and hold or pursue a Montessori diploma for ages 3–6 (fully sponsored); ECE credits required; college degree in a child-related field preferred. Required Qualifications
- Native or fluent Spanish speaker
- Montessori diploma for ages 3–6, or willingness to obtain certification (fully sponsored)
- Experience working with children ages 3–6 in a group learning environment
- Alignment with child-led philosophies such as Montessori or Reggio Emilia
- Required ECE or Child Development credits
- College degree in child related field (Preferred)
