Job Summary
Tiny Tots & Dots Learning Ministry is seeking a Lead Preschool/Pre-K Teacher with at least 1 year of childcare experience. Responsibilities include maintaining a safe environment, following state guidelines, engaging with children, updating lesson plans, and communicating effectively with parents. Applicants should be nurturing, organized, and possess good technology skills to handle classroom apps. Certification as a Child Development Associate (CDA) is preferred, along with a high school diploma or equivalent.
Required Qualifications
- Experience managing a classroom (minimum of 1 year)
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test
- Reliable transportation
- Comfortable updating children's activities on an app
- Nurturing and organized
- Flexible and positive attitude
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in childcare center
- Valid driver's license (preferred)
- Child Development Associate Certification (preferred)
Additional Requirements
- Must love working with children
- Must be present for all center activities and meetings
