Job Summary
Lead PreK Teacher responsible for creating a welcoming, engaging classroom for preschool-aged children, implementing the proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum, and fostering academic and emotional growth. Responsibilities include using a growth mindset to inspire learning, communicating regularly with parents, partnering with daycare staff to support enrollment and center success, and building relationships with families and coworkers to create a safe, nurturing environment where play and learning happen seamlessly. Requires (preferred) five years of professional teaching experience and a bachelor's degree or higher in education or related field.
