Lead Pre Kindergarten Teacher

Lead Pre-K Teacher responsible for planning and implementing engaging lessons using Goddard's Wonder of Learning curriculum; fosters kindergarten readiness through literacy, math, science, social-emotional learning, and problem-solving; creates a classroom environment that promotes independence, confidence, and a love of learning; documents children's growth through observations and portfolios; communicates regularly with families regarding classroom activities, milestones, and student progress; maintains a safe, organized, and welcoming classroom; collaborates with fellow teachers and leadership to ensure a high-quality educational experience. Qualifications include an Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, Child Development, or a related field (preferred) or current CDA, previous Pre-K teaching experience, strong classroom management and communication skills, and a passion for early childhood education and child-centered learning.
