Lead Pre Kindergarten Teacher

Develop lesson plans based on Goddard Developmental Guidelines and monthly school themes while designing room arrangements that support children's developmental levels. Interact with students aged 6 weeks to 6 years to support play, exploration, and learning, meeting individual needs and presenting age-appropriate expectations. Communicate professionally with parents and participate in staff meetings, using assessment tools to build teamwork and commit to continuing education.
