Job Summary
Lead PR11U on the 1st shift at Tyson Foods in Robards, KY to supervise the Breast Tray Pack area, set up lines, train and encourage Team Members, ensure compliance with management directives, perform line setup and maintenance on Pac Mac machinery, maintain housekeeping, monitor log sheets and production metrics, and uphold Tyson’s safety culture in a fast-paced production environment.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical requirements of the job including lifting up to 70 pounds on a frequent basis
- Willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation
- Experience supervising or leading a production line or team preferred
