Job Summary
Lead power supply design engineer to design AC/DC and DC/DC power converters, EMI filters, and power distribution architectures. Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams (digital, RF, mechanical, systems) to ensure designs meet power, thermal, emissions, and safety requirements; write specifications and test approaches, select components, create schematics, support PCB/card design, and participate in internal design reviews and production verification. Requires strong background in high/low voltage power conversion, analog/power circuits, stability and efficiency analysis, and experience with design tools (e.g., SPICE, SIMPLIS, Mentor Graphics) and MIL-STD requirements. Degree with 9+ years experience (or 7+ with graduate degree); security clearance potential.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 9 years of prior relevant (Power Supply, Electrical Engineering) experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 12 years of prior related experience
