Job Summary
Lead Power Platform and Microsoft 365 engineering efforts, owning architecture, governance, and delivery of Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse) and supporting the broader M365 ecosystem. Define and enforce governance standards, drive scalable and secure enterprise-grade solutions, and lead automation initiatives including AI-enabled workflows and Copilot adoption. Serve as the primary technical leader for the Power Platform roadmap and outcomes, partnered with peer engineers to enhance Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online/OneDrive, and Entra ID. Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions, provide technical leadership and mentorship (not necessarily people management), and drive delivery across infrastructure, security, and application teams.
Required Qualifications
- Strong experience in Power Platform (Apps, Automate, BI, Dataverse)
- 5–7+ years across Microsoft 365 / collaboration technologies
- Experience designing enterprise-scale solutions and governance models
- Experience leading Power Platform programs or CoE (Center of Excellence)
- Microsoft certifications (Power Platform, M365)
- Experience working in complex enterprise environments
