Job Summary
Lead and support daily powder coating operations to meet production schedules and quality expectations by loading and preparing parts, operating equipment, and adjusting settings for high-quality finishes. Monitor curing oven temperatures, perform quality inspections, and troubleshoot defects while enforcing safety procedures and PPE protocols. Train, mentor team members, and coordinate work assignments to maximize efficiency and drive continuous improvement in safety, quality, and productivity. Monday through Thursday, 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of powder coating, industrial painting, or related manufacturing experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to complete required Pulmonary Function Test (PFT) and Fit Test
- Ability to occasionally wear a respirator as required
- Successful completion of a pre-employment background check and drug screen
Desired Qualifications
- Previous leadership, lead, or training experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of powder coating processes, equipment, and quality standards
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
