Job Summary
The Lead Porter is responsible for supervising a crew of Porters to maintain cleanliness and functionality across Community Corp’s properties. Duties include cleaning common areas, tracking work orders, restocking supplies, and ensuring a safe environment for residents and visitors. Candidates must have a strong commitment to cleanliness and safety, attention to detail, and effective communication skills. Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in janitorial, custodial or porter work required.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
