Job Summary
Supervise and train dishwasher team members while ensuring clean pots, pans, and cooking containers are ready for service. Maintain cleanliness in work areas, coolers, and equipment by keeping them neat at all times. Report maintenance issues to the Executive Steward and enforce inventory and labor control measures through regular counts. Perform duties in a fast-paced environment involving frequent standing, lifting up to 165 pounds, and maneuvering heavy carts. Required Qualifications
- Prior dishwashing experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work cooperatively with others
- Basic math skills for counting inventory
- Ability to lift, move, and maneuver up to 165 pounds
- Ability to pull or push heavy carts of stock throughout the facility
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, lifting, and reaching, during the entire length of shift
