Job Summary
Lead end-to-end delivery of assigned projects from initiation through completion, developing plans, schedules, and dependency tracking while ensuring scope, timeline, budget, and quality expectations. Partner with platform owners, product managers, and engineers to clarify requirements, facilitate stand-ups, status reviews, and retrospectives, and serve as the primary accountability point. Manage risks, issues, and dependencies by proactively escalating concerns and recommending mitigation strategies. Facilitate daily Agile ceremonies, optimize the product backlog, and enhance team productivity by measuring sprint scope changes, defect resolution, and throughput ratios. Support adoption activities, coordinate readiness and training, and contribute to improvements in delivery practices and tooling.
Required Qualifications
- 6- 10 years of experience in project management or delivery roles
- Experience delivering technology or enterprise platform initiatives
- Experience working in cross‐functional, matrixed environments
- Familiarity with Agile, hybrid, or Waterfall delivery models
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams and business stakeholders to gather and refine requirements
- Delivery-focused with a can-do attitude in challenging environments

- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and dependency tracking
- Ensure delivery against defined scope, timeline, budget, and quality expectations
- Partner with platform owners, product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to clarify requirements and execution expectations
- Facilitate project‐level forums including stand‐ups, status reviews, and retrospectives
- Serve as the primary point of accountability for assigned projects
- Identify, track, and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies
- Proactively escalate concerns and recommend mitigation strategies
- Facilitate Daily Agile ceremonies to enhance team engagement and alignment
- Optimize the Product Backlog and Improve the team velocity, cycle time
- Organize and prioritize the Product backlog and implement team building activities
- Enhance the Team productivity by measuring the Sprint scope changes, defect resolution, throughput and Say to Do ratio for the Team
- Support program‐level and portfolio‐level reporting as required
- Partner with enablement and communications leads to support adoption activities tied to project delivery
- Coordinate readiness activities, training inputs, and deployment milestones
- Contribute to improvements in project delivery practices, tooling, and templates
- Apply lessons learned to improve execution efficiency and predictability
