Job Summary
Design and implement automation opportunities across Engineering Operations using Microsoft Power Platform, VBA, and SQL to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency. Build self-service dashboards and reporting solutions with Power BI, automate recurring operational reports, and establish KPIs to measure productivity gains and cycle-time reduction. Partner with Unit Managers for demand forecasting and capacity planning, while driving Lean, Continuous Improvement, and digitalization initiatives to simplify business processes and standardize operational workflows. Ensure compliance with organizational standards, regulatory policies, and audit requirements across distributed teams.
Required Qualifications
- 7-12 years of Proven experience in business process automation
- Strong experience in: Prebilling / revenue operations
- Contract & PO lifecycle
- ERP systems (SAPByD preferred, others acceptable)
- Advanced Excel (Macros, Automation, Data modeling)
- Strong analytical mindset + storytelling with data
- Ability to interpret contract terms commercially
- High ownership and execution rigor
