Job Summary
Design and develop complex Workday integrations and automation workflows for HCM, Recruiting, Benefits, and Payroll modules using REST, SOAP, and XML technologies. Lead a team of integrators and configurators to deliver resilient solutions that optimize business processes while maintaining high enterprise standards. Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and HR partners to translate business priorities into technical strategies, conduct code reviews, and troubleshoot system issues across the Workday platform.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
- At least 6 years of experience on HR platforms (Workday)
- At least 4 years of experience with Workday Integrations or functional configuration related tasks (HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Time Tracking, Performance Management)
- At least 2 years of experience in a technical leadership role overseeing strategic projects
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 7+ years of experience working with Workday Human Resources modules including HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting or Talent and Performance Management, Finance
- 5+ years of experience working with APIs within the Workday environment using REST or SOAP
- Experience with building solutions on Workday Extend Workday or Workday Pro certifications (HCM, Recruiting, Benefits, Compensation, Time Tracking or Performance Management)
