Job Summary
Assist stores in displaying and organizing live plants within specified Walmart Garden departments. Execute merchandising direction from supervisors and communicate initiatives to store personnel. Establish positive working relationships with staff and answer customer questions regarding products. Maintain acute attention to detail and strong organizational skills while adhering to high standards of excellence. Requires a clean motor vehicle report, high school diploma or GED, and versatility to work within changing priorities. Must speak, read, write, and understand the primary workplace language. Provide a smart phone with the latest iOS or Android operating system and agree to mobile device management software installation for clocking in and out.
Required Qualifications
- Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) approved driving record (for employees 18 and older)
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED), or one to three months related experience and/or training
- Ability to establish and maintain a positive working relationship with store personnel
- Ability to follow and execute merchandising direction as given to you by your supervisor
- Ability to communicate initiatives to store personnel
- Willingness to work with in-store customers to answer questions regarding the products
- Acute attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Commitment to excellence and high standards
- Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm
- Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace
- Must have a smart phone updated with the latest operating system from IOS and/or Android and agree to have a mobile device management software installed on your device by the IT Department to load applications for the purpose of clocking in/out
