Job Summary
Execute daily planning, batching, and release of guest orders based on volume, trailer priorities, and service commitments. Create, update, and communicate order summary reports while monitoring WMS activity, reviewing order allocation, and resolving exception queues. Partner with Inventory Control to research vendor and customer issues preventing product allocation, and communicate priorities, delays, and execution updates across inbound, outbound, and customer service teams. Problem-solve unforeseen issues to maintain effective workflows and verify order accuracy in the WMS. This role serves as a central coordination point for operational execution in a fast-paced fulfillment environment, emphasizing planning, automation monitoring, and real-time issue resolution.
