Job Summary
Execute daily planning, batching, and release of guest orders based on volume, trailer priorities, and service commitments. Create order summary reports, monitor WMS activity for accuracy, and research vendor or customer issues blocking product allocation. Partner with Inventory Control to resolve allocation delays, communicate priorities and exceptions to inbound, outbound, and customer service teams, and recommend solutions for workflow interruptions. Verify order accuracy in the system and maintain a safe working environment while supporting continuous improvement initiatives. This second-shift role requires high school diploma, WMS proficiency, and strong analytical skills to drive efficient fulfillment operations.
