Job Summary
Teach up to 20 dynamic Reformer Pilates classes or privates weekly, creating engaging, challenging, and safe experiences for clients of all fitness levels. Oversee instructor scheduling, conduct class audits, and mentor team members to foster a collaborative studio culture. Collaborate with the Head of Education to recruit new instructors, manage the Mentorship Program, and drive enrollment in the Teacher Training Program. Support studio operations by maintaining equipment and acting as Studio Manager when needed. Complete the MNTSTUDIO Teacher Training and lead new hire onboarding. Compensation ranges from $40 to $80 per class plus administrative hourly rates, with opportunities for salaried positions. Located in Mill Valley, this role supports a community grounded in wellness and continuous growth within the MNTSTUDIO family.
Required Qualifications
