Job Summary
Lead Physicist will lead the build, validation, and deployment of ultra-high vacuum (UHV) and cryogenic systems for both R&D and commercial quantum computing platforms. Responsibilities include hands-on cleanroom assembly and integration, managing the cleanroom production line for quality and throughput, applying RCCA and other problem-solving methods, collaborating with design teams to improve manufacturability and reliability, and developing work instructions, documentation, and operator training. The role involves optimizing manufacturing processes and production layouts, with a split focus on hands-on production (~60%), continuous improvement (~20%), and design/development (~20%), plus up to 10% travel; requires a Bachelor's degree and 8+ years’ experience, U.S. Person status, and compliance with national security requirements.

- Minimum 8 years of experience
