Job Summary
Lead Physical Security Specialist responsible for ICD 705 compliance and construction security for SCIFs and SAPFs, including developing Fixed Facility Checklists, Construction Security Plans, and DCSA Forms 147; conducts technical inspections, STC testing, and design reviews to ensure accreditation and compliance; collaborates with internal/external stakeholders on pre-construction packages, inspections, and security documentation, and supports intelligence community and DoD customers. Requires extensive experience with ICD 705, TEMPEST standards, and security program oversight; due to program requirements, candidate must be able to obtain SCI/SAP access and hold active Top Secret clearance. Location is Berkeley, Missouri; travel up to 10% may be required.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience designing, building, and accrediting SCIFs and SAPFs
- 10+ years experience with ICD 705 and TEMPEST standards for building and accrediting secure spaces and 32 CFR, Part 117 for DoD collateral spaces
- 5+ years experience writing Construction Security Plans, conducting and coordinating site security assessments, and creating Fixed Facility Checklists and documentation supporting SCIF, SAPF and Open Storage accreditations
- Ability to obtain access to SCI and/or SAP
- Tier 5 Investigation or Continuous Vetting within last 5 years
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work or military experience
- U.S. Top Secret Security Clearance (active or within last 24 months)
- Diplomatic/DoD/IC security clearance readiness
