Lead PHP Developer

Job Summary
Lead development of core platform features across backend and frontend using Laravel, PostgreSQL, and Angular/TS. Write and review production code while owning database design and data integrity in a multi-tenant SaaS environment. Debug complex, cross-system issues involving editor state, persistence, and rendering. Partner with Product and TPMs to translate requirements into technical solutions and establish coding standards and architectural patterns. This 60/40 hands-on leadership role requires at least 10 years of PHP & Laravel experience. Required Qualifications
- Strong backend development experience
- At least 10 years of hands-on experience as a developer coding in PHP & Laravel
- Deep understanding of database design
- Experience working on multi-tenant SaaS systems
- Comfortable working across the stack
- Solid debugging and problem-solving skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with CMSs or visual editors
- Familiarity with Angular, React, or similar frameworks
- Experience modernizing or replacing legacy systems
