Job Summary
Lead food, product, lifestyle, and marketing photography to the highest commercial standards while defining and maintaining photographic standards, shooting guidelines, and best practices. Coach, mentor, and support photographers through feedback, knowledge sharing, and hands-on guidance to elevate overall team capability. Collaborate closely with Producers, Styling, Culinary, Post-production, and Creative teams to deliver high-quality and scalable visual production across multiple brands. Support complex productions and solve creative and technical challenges on set, actively contributing to AI initiatives by supporting experimentation and integrating AI-supported workflows.
Required Qualifications
- Lead, Photography (x/f/m)
- seasoned photography professional
- 7+ years of experience in commercial photography
- ideally including food, lifestyle, product, and high-volume e-commerce content production
- exceptional photography craft and technical excellence
- Providing a portfolio
- deep expertise in lighting, composition, camera systems, color, production environments, and visual storytelling
- experience operating in fast-paced production environments
- collaborating across multiple disciplines and stakeholders
- highly influential, collaborative, and comfortable aligning stakeholders without relying on hierarchy
- strong production mindset
- expert knowledge of Capture One
- strong understanding of color grading and image editing
- strong verbal and written communication skills in English
Desired Qualifications
- Experience leading photographers or creative production teams
- Experience with additional photography, automation, or AI-supported production tools
