Job Summary
Lead packaging and inventory operations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal SOPs and regulatory requirements. Model a positive, collaborative work environment while mentoring technicians across packaging and inventory teams to maintain alignment with established company processes and performance expectations. Monitor daily workload distribution, adjust assignments for efficiency, and address workflow issues proactively or escalate to leadership as needed. Serve as the primary point of contact for technicians with operational concerns and ensure smooth handoffs between packaging, inventory, and other functional areas. Work Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 4:30 PM EST onsite in Rock Hill, CT.
Required Qualifications
- Active CT State Board of Pharmacy Technician License
- Can perform pharmacy calculations
- Demonstrated leadership ability or prior lead/supervisory experience
- Strong understanding of pharmacy workflow, packaging processes, and inventory management
- Understands basic pharmacy language to interpret prescriptions
- Ability to complete projects promptly
- Ability to work with little oversight and/or guidance
- Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds at times
- Must be able to stand on feet for the duration of an eight (8) hour shift
Desired Qualifications
- Immunization Certification
- Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT)
