Job Summary
Lead pharmacy operations by triaging tasks to support pharmacists, managing pharmacy and store staff schedules, and overseeing inventory management including cycle counts and restocking. Direct new hire onboarding and training while ensuring full compliance with federal and state regulations. Support store execution by supervising crew activities, handling customer relations, and executing merchandising displays and security protocols. Work independently and as a team in a fast-paced environment to maintain patient confidentiality and exceed customer expectations.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years relevant work experience
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- 1+ years experience as a Pharmacy Technician
- High school diploma or General Equivalent Development (GED) required
- PTCB National Certification
- State-level licensure requirements vary by state

Desired Qualifications

- Ability to work in the home store and across the market in other locations to meet business needs
- Previous experience as a front store supervisor
