Job Summary
Lead and manage pharmacogenomics initiatives across multiple sites, overseeing the design and implementation of clinical pathways, workflows, and decision-support tools. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including clinicians, pharmacists, and laboratory personnel to facilitate consensus on drug-gene interactions and evidence-based guidelines such as CPIC and FDA labeling. Evaluate project milestones, risks, and dependencies to ensure timely delivery of scalable solutions for federal precision medicine programs. Requires a Master's degree and extensive healthcare project management experience with the ability to obtain a public trust. No sponsorship available.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health Administration, Health Management, Nursing, Health Administration, or a related healthcare field
- Demonstrated project management experience within a healthcare environment
- Experience implementing new clinical pathways, processes, or workflows involving multidisciplinary stakeholders
- Experience managing and leading cross-functional or multi-member teams
- Knowledge of pharmacogenomics principles, including drug-gene interactions and their application to clinical care
- Familiarity with evidence-based pharmacogenomic guidelines and resources, including CPIC, PharmGKB, DPWG, and FDA labeling
- Experience with clinical workflow design, process improvement, or toolkit development
- Experience supporting the development or implementation of clinical decision support tools
- Strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and communication skills
- Ability to provide strategic guidance and develop scalable, sustainable healthcare solutions
- Ability to work in the U.S. indefinitely without sponsorship
- Ability to obtain a public trust
