Job Summary
Lead Pharmacist responsible for clinical leadership and strategic management of pharmacy services for the Advanced Therapies Program. Oversees regulatory approvals for advanced therapies (e.g., gene therapies and gene-modified cell therapies) and develops operational procedures for supply, handling, storage, dose preparation, and administration of advanced therapies in standard clinical care and research clinical trials. Collaborates with the clinical trials pharmacy team to enhance research outputs and identify opportunities for research topics, funding, and partnerships; translates research evidence into clinical practice SOPs; maintains up-to-date knowledge of advances in advanced therapies; responsible for reporting KPIs related to advanced-therapy administration and regulatory reporting.
Required Qualifications
- Professional registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency - Pharmacy Board of Australia
- Current National Criminal Record Check
- Valid Working with Children Check
- Compliance with immunisation requirements (influenza vaccination)
