Job Summary
Lead Pest Hunters Technician overseeing field operations and leading the service team. Deliver professional mosquito and pest control services to residential customers, supervise and mentor technicians, perform detailed property inspections, determine treatment plans, apply treatments with backpack sprayers and spreaders, ensure service quality, assist with route planning and field logistics, maintain inventory and equipment, and represent the Pest Hunters Mosquito Hunters brand with professionalism in a veteran-owned, family-run company.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in pest control or related field service
- Leadership experience managing or mentoring technicians
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to work outdoors in a physical, fast-paced environment
- Willingness to obtain or maintain pest control licensing (training provided if needed)
