Job Summary
Lead and mentor a team of personal trainers to deliver exceptional results, conducting initial and reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App. Design and lead individual and small-group training sessions while overseeing client success metrics and ensuring training quality standards. Support sales and assessment goals alongside leadership duties, and facilitate workshops and team development sessions. Drive local marketing and community engagement initiatives, representing core values in every interaction. This role requires a certified personal trainer with three or more years of leadership experience and CPR/AED certification. Flexible schedule with full-time preference.
Required Qualifications
- Certified Personal Trainer (NCCA, DEAC, or NBFE accredited organization)
- CPR/AED certified (required)
- 3+ years of personal training and leadership experience
- Proven success in client results and team mentoring
- Strong communication, organization, and motivational skills
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
Desired Qualifications
- Sales and field marketing experience preferred
