Job Summary
Oversee medium to large electrical installation, alteration, and repair projects, ensuring completion on time, within budget, and adhering to safety standards. Direct field crews of 25+ employees, establish performance goals, and resolve personnel conflicts. Manage on-site resources, tools, and equipment while reviewing project documents and specifications to guide construction activities. Complete required paperwork including foreman logs, performance evaluations, and purchase order records. Coordinate project close-outs and engage with owners, architects, engineers, and vendors. Maintain required licensing and training. Report to the Field Supervisor, General Superintendent, or Project Manager.
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate, holder of G.E.D., or equivalent studies/experience
- Completion of an approved electrical apprenticeship program
- six years (12,000 hours) or more of experience
