Job Summary
Lead People Partner for SolarWinds' North America GTM organization. As a senior HRBP, partner with North America GTM leaders to diagnose organizational needs, design and implement scalable people solutions, guide organizational design and workforce planning, and ensure effective leadership and employee relations. Drive data-informed decisions, coach leaders through complex people matters, navigate ambiguity in a private company environment, and build trusted partnerships to improve leadership effectiveness, team health, and organizational performance across the GTM function. The role emphasizes accountability, collaboration, readiness, and empathy in delivering strategic HR initiatives and operationalizing them for measurable business impact. This position is based in Austin, TX (Austin Office).
Required Qualifications
- 7–10 years of progressive HRBP experience
- PHR or SPHR certification required, or equivalent HR certification/credential
- Demonstrated experience supporting senior leaders in a strategic HRBP capacity
- Proven ability to diagnose organizational concerns, build strategic solutions, operationalize them, implement them, and measure outcomes
- Strong organizational design and workforce planning capability
- Broad employee relations experience, including complex and sensitive matters
- Strong business partnership skills with a proven track record of building excellent working relationships with client groups
- Ability to balance empathy and pragmatism in decision-making and partnership
- Strong influencing, coaching, and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
- Experience supporting North America GTM organizations
- Experience in a private company environment
- Background in high-growth, evolving, or transformation-oriented organizations
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to connect people insights to business decisions
