Job Summary
Serve as a strategic advisor to business leaders on complex talent, organization design, and culture matters. Lead program delivery for people strategy, performance management, engagement, and promotion cycles while diagnosing team effectiveness to drive targeted interventions. Investigate and resolve complex employee relations cases, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policy. Track and analyze people data for trends, reporting insights to guide business decisions, and deliver manager coaching for difficult conversations. Partner on organizational change management, develop succession frameworks, and represent the People Partner function in cross-functional and executive forums. Utilize survey analysis and AI-enabled platforms to optimize processes and model an inclusive culture.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 6–8 years of relevant HRBP, HR, or people-facing experience supporting senior leaders
- In-depth knowledge of HR policies, case management, employment law, and compliance
- Track record of coaching managers, managing complex employee relations, and driving people analytics
- Experience designing and implementing organizational change, talent strategies, and succession planning
- Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
- Working proficiency with HRIS (e.g., Workday), reporting, and AI/survey analysis platforms
- High emotional intelligence and ability to manage sensitive information with integrity
