Job Summary
Clinical Lead SLP for pediatric patients with a focus on diagnostic evaluations and individualized treatment plans. Leads and mentors Clinical Fellows and supervising students within a collaborative, multidisciplinary team. Primarily based in Bellevue with some supervision/coverage in Bothell; 75/25 clinical/leadership split; 10–25% leadership duties; flexible scheduling and leadership development opportunities; collaborative care with OT/PT, regular interdisciplinary planning, and ongoing emphasis on clinical excellence and patient outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program
- Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year
- Minimum 1 year experience as a CCC-SLP
- Active Washington State SLP license
- Experience treating pediatric and adolescent populations
- Strong interpersonal and collaborative communication skills
- CPR certification (all ages)
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Word preferred)
- Passion for positively impacting children and families
