Job Summary
Lead a team of SLPs in a pediatric private practice setting in Sanford, NC. Responsible for mentorship, coaching, and guiding clinical direction while maintaining a reduced caseload. Collaborate with multidisciplinary team, oversee monthly meetings, and drive program growth. Utilize standard SLP practices, document via EMR, and contribute to continuing education initiatives. Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years pediatric experience
- North Carolina Speech Language Pathology License
- Ability to work in-person in Sanford, NC

- Must be a flexible thinker and ready to get creative in therapy
