Job Summary
Mentor the PT team, review documentation, conduct evaluations, provide therapy, and support new PTs through the onboarding process. Lead responsibilities include developing procedures and systems, meeting regularly with clinic leadership to implement best practices, and collaborating across disciplines to support children and families. The role requires a 75% caseload and 25% lead focus, with 40 hours per week and flexibility in scheduling. Candidates must hold a Washington Physical Therapist license, have at least five years of experience (three in pediatrics preferred), and demonstrate experience with infants, ADHD, and autism.
Required Qualifications
- 5 years minimum as a PT
- Must hold Washington Physical Therapist license
- Must have a strong desire to work with the pediatric population long term
- Confident, outgoing, flexible, and proactive professional who seeks answers and enjoys collaboration
- Experience working with children who have ADHD and autism
- Experience working with infants; comfortable working with plagiocephaly and torticollis
