Lead Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OTR/L)

Lead Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) to supervise and mentor OTAs and grad students while treating a pediatric caseload 3-4 days per week, with 1-2 days dedicated to leadership and mentorship. Role includes supervision in schools and clinic, some tasks that can be performed remotely from home, completing evaluations and paperwork for MET reports and IEPs, attending meetings (with virtual attendance options), and collaboration with OTs, SLPs, and PTs within a well-established team. W-2 pay range is $50-$65 per hour with comprehensive benefits including employer-paid health, retirement options, paid holidays, PTO, CEU budget, professional liability insurance, and growth opportunities. Ideal candidate is locally licensed in AZ, possesses pediatric therapy experience, is team-oriented, proactive, and able to work in person in Tempe with Valleywide options for schools.
