Job Summary
Lead Payment Card Industry Compliance Advisor and primary subject matter expert for PCI Data Security Standard requirements across the Consumer and Business Banking line. Coordinate assessment readiness, evidence collection, scope validation, and remediation tracking while partnering with business, technology, information security, and enterprise stakeholders. Lead identification of compliance gaps, control weaknesses, and emerging risks to recommend practical remediation approaches, acting as the liaison between stakeholders, Qualified Security Assessors, and enterprise partners. Develop documentation, process maps, and inventories required to support assessments; monitor changes to PCI standards and deliver education to stakeholders. Provide strategic input and recommendations to leadership regarding compliance activities and remediation priorities, escalating significant concerns as appropriate. Requires onsite presence three or more days per week.
Required Qualifications
- Typically more than eight years of applicable experience
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- This role requires working onsite from a U.S. Bank location three or more days per week

- Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages, including Microsoft Office applications and word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentations
- Applicable professional certifications
