Job Summary
Lead the Virtual Safety Observer (VSO) team on shift, providing leadership, mentoring, and acting as a resource for the VSO team. Coordinate staffing during shifts (including breaks), determine patient assignments based on acuity and skill mix, and adjust as needed. Manage and confirm AV check initiation and CVM status notifications in collaboration with Registered Nurse, and assume VSO responsibilities during periods of need. Align with company culture and procedures, maintaining focus on authentic, compassionate, celebratory, and aspirational values.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Minimum of six-months as a VSO preferred
- Technical proficiency of computer software applications
- Extreme attention to detail
