Job Summary
Lead the Virtual Safety Observer (VSO) team during shifts, providing leadership, mentoring, and acting as a resource for the VSO team. Coordinate staffing to cover shifts and breaks, allocate patient assignments by acuity and skill mix, and manage initiation and discontinuation notifications for Continuous Virtual Monitoring (CVM) in collaboration with the Registered Nurse. Assume VSO responsibilities as needed, uphold company culture and policies, and ensure accurate adherence to procedures. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent (preferred) with experience as a VSO and proficiency in computer software; strong attention to detail and leadership capabilities are essential.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Minimum of six-months as a VSO preferred
- Technical proficiency of computer software applications
- Extreme attention to detail
