Job Summary
Conduct onboarding for new caregivers by partnering with clinic leaders and educators to reinforce best practices and bridge training from classroom to real-world clinic operations. Deliver a consistent, high-quality onboarding experience that accelerates confidence, competence, and connection to our culture while serving as a subject-matter expert and frontline mentor. Shape the first impression and long-term success of new caregivers through coaching and operational leadership. Required Qualifications
- 5 years of Directly related experience in a medical office
- 3 years' experience as a Providence employee in a PCC position
- preferably at the senior-level
- Participate in 2 champion roles or 1 champion role
- a committee or council
